Centerless grinding wheels

Centerless grinding (centerless grinding) allows cylindrical objects of various diameters to be precisely machined. Due to the positioning of the workpiece, held with the axis of rotation parallel to that of the two grinding wheels, centerless grinding enables even high stock removal rates combined with the geometric precision of the machined parts.

Molemab manufactures custom centerless grinding wheels in CBN. Many years of manufacturing these grinding wheels have given us the knowledge to provide the perfect grinding wheel. Vitrified bond CBN grinding wheels are used for centerless grinding of various types of bearing rollers, injection nozzles, pump parts, etc. Because CBN possesses excellent grinding characteristics, vitrified-bond CBN grinding wheels do not have to be as large as conventional grinding wheels.

The most widely used materials in the production of construction bars are as follows. Common non-carbon alloy steel.
Medium alloy quenched and tempered steel, example C45, 42CD4, ETC.
Alloy steels and in particular the INOX family.

Our resinoid bond grinding wheels are the ideal solution for grinding HSS and HM components. We use the best grades of diamond and CBN so as to guarantee excellent low wheel wear and a high degree of dimensional accuracy of the workpiece.
