The SPIR-PLUS1 is the premium gear grinding wheel. It has excellent cutting and stock removal capacity, as well as high-profile holding. The excellent profile holding and cutting capacity greatly reduce diamond grinding cycles, enabling a significant increase in productivity with the associated lowering of costs. Available in several sizes.

SPIR-GLOSS and GLOSS-PLUS
Double-band worm wheel for gear grinding. The vitrified-bonded band is intended for roughing and is coupled with a resinoid-bonded fine abrasive band. This dual combination allows the grinding wheel to do roughing and at the same time perform finishing with end values of Rz = 1.2 and Ra = 0.15.

SPIR-SP grinding wheels are durable, the profile lasts longer. “Cold” cutting, high degree of finish without burning, and excellent value for money.
