It consists of diamond and CBN hybrid metal-bonded grinding wheels that have been further improved in their lubrication capacity, chip evacuation, and lower power absorption, thus enabling less overheating of the workpiece and higher stock removal in a shorter time.

Molemab presents Polygloss wheels, one of the latest generations of wheels, designed and manufactured for finishing grooves and cutting edges in tools for machining various materials. The use of HSS and carbide cutters and drills with lapped grooves and cutting edges offers considerable advantages for machining aluminum, copper, brass, titanium, plastics, and laminated materials. Another advantage given by the use of this type of grinding wheel is the optimization of the geometry of the grooves and cutting edges, the absence of imperfections on the cutting edges, improved chip evacuation, and the reduction of the machine’s power consumption

This is the new line dedicated to grinding wheels for EDM machining on PCD/PCB and HSS tool dressing that can be used on Walter Diamond, Vollmer QXD and QM, Anca EDGE CNC machines.

Molemab manufactures grinding wheels for sharpening woodworking tools such as circular saws, band saws, and linear knives. Specific grinding wheels for this range of applications are differentiated by the type of sharpening required for the tool. In this area, too, Molemab demonstrates its manufacturing versatility, which responds to the specific machining needs of the customer by going on to create a range of grinding wheels suitable in shape, size, and hardness for machining woodworking tools.

This line was specifically developed to grind HSS circular saw blades and was baptized with the name “ETERNA” to emphasize the high durability feature compared to other products on the market. It was the first entirely Cobalt Free product range in compliance with the European Commission regulation requiring the cessation of cobalt use as of 2022/23.
